Intel joins leaders at the World Economic Forum 2012 Annual Meeting in Davos
Last week, Intel joined the world’s largest gathering of business, political and education decision makers at the World Economic Forum (WEF) annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland.
This year it was all about transformation & shaping new models. Among heads of state, ministers and business leaders drawn from across the globe, Intel representatives joined the discussion on how technology can help to transform industries including education and healthcare, and the innitiatives that help stimulate innovation or entrepreneurship.
The delegation was led by Arvind Sodhani, president of Intel Capital. He was joined by Shelly Esque, the President of the Intel Foundation, which focusses on improving education globally and John Davies, General Manager of Intel's World Ahead programme, which aims to bring the benefits of the Internet to the next billion people on the planet and Christian Morales, Intel's General Manager Europe, Middle East and Africa
